Henning Klöppelt appointed as new Managing Director at Warburg - Henderson
Dr Henning Klöppelt (39) has joined the Management Board of Warburg - Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien mbH in Hamburg with effect from 1 May 2003.
Dr Klöppelt will be responsible for the marketing and distribution of property Spezialfonds and will take on the operational responsibilities of Joachim A Walter, who will retire at the end of June.
Timothy Horrocks will remain responsible for the portfolio management within the management team. Dr Klöppelt was previously a member of the Management Board of DEGI Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienfonds.
Warburg - Henderson is a joint venture company of M.M.Warburg & Co KGaA and Henderson Global Investors and was established in 2001. As a Property KAG, Warburg - Henderson specialises in the initiation and management of property Spezialfonds for institutional investors. Warburg - Henderson launched three property Spezialfonds with German and international institutional investors in its first full year of operation. The investment focus of the three funds encompasses Germany, Austria and Pan-Europe.
