Warburg - Henderson KAG acquires fourth property for Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2

The Warburg – Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien mbH, Hamburg, has acquired its fourth property for its Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2. This is the second acquisition for the fund in Italy.

The 6300 sqm office building is located in the north-east of Milan and is fully let to A.R.P.A., the environmental protection agency of the government of the Lombardy region.

„It is our aim to achieve attractive long term rental and capital returns,“ says Dr Henning Klöppelt, Managing Director of the Warburg – Henderson KAG.

The Warburg – Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2 was launched in December 2004 and has so far acquired three office properties in France, Italy and the UK. Further investments are imminent.

Sole investor into this fund is the Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung located in Düsseldorf.
