Warburg - Henderson KAG: Top position in representative survey amongst German institutional property investors
1st position for market potential and quality of fund management
Warburg - Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien mbH, Hamburg, has been rated as the KAG with the highest market potential and the best fund management by institutional investors. This is the result of a representative survey on the German institutional property investment market carried out by FERI Institutional Management GmbH and the European Business School (ebs).
Warburg - Henderson KAG was rated top in three out of four categories. It was rated first out of 15 other KAGs for the quality of its fund management and second for the quality of its client service. Further to that Warburg - Henderson KAG is viewed as having by far the highest market potential of all KAGs by the institutional investors.

The "FIMSS Real Estate 2004" study is based on a representative survey of 116 of the most important German institutional investors (insurance companies, banks, pension funds, corporates, churches and charities). The study was carried out jointly by the consultant FERI Institutional Management GmbH and the European Business School (ebs) between August and November 2004 and is the first of its kind. It is envisaged to repeat this survey every two years.
