Warburg – Henderson KAG launches €150m property Spezialfonds for Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung
Warburg - Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien mbH is launching its first segregated Property Spezialfonds, the Warburg-Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2. The Investor in the Fund, Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung, is making an equity commitment totalling €150m. The investment strategy of the Fund is to focus on the key pan-European property markets outside of Germany – namely France, Italy and the UK.

Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung is the occupational pension fund of the North Rhine medical association, which was founded more than 40 years ago. Its investment philosophy is based on seeking secure and stable returns.

The Warburg - Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2 will invest in office, retail and logistic properties. The total fund size with gearing is anticipated to be around €300m.
