Warburg - Henderson KAG acquires three properties for Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2
Distribution Warehouse near London and two office properties in Brussels purchased
Warburg – Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien mbH, Hamburg, has acquired three properties for its Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2.
The property “Magnum 25” located in Waltham Cross, New Ford Road, north of London is the first acquisition of a distribution warehouse by the Warburg – Henderson KAG. It comprises approximately 16,500 sqm of lettable accommodation and 143 parking spaces.
“Magnum 25” is situated directly on London’s orbital M25 motorway. Three major London airports, Heathrow, Stansted and Luton, are situated within easy reach approximately equidistant from the property.
Further to the purchase in Waltham Cross, two office properties in Brussels were acquired. The buildings are both situated in a prime location in Brussels CBD the so called Quartier Léopold and comprise a total lettable area of around 8,500 sqm with 100 car parking spaces.
This location is sought-after by European and National administrations, international companies and consultants, including media groups and lawyers, lobbying offices and other organisations dealing with the European institutions.
The Warburg - Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2 was launched in December 2004 and has so far acquired office properties in France, Italy and the UK. Further investments are imminent.
The sole investor in this fund is the Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung located in Düsseldorf.
