Warburg – Henderson KAG buys in London and Hamburg
Three office buildings acquired for Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2
Warburg – Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien mbH, Hamburg, has acquired three further properties for its Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2.
In London an office portfolio consisting of two properties was purchased. The properties "Livingstone House" and "Gaywood House" located in the City of London and Westminster respectively are fully let comprising a total lettable area of around 3,430 sqm.
In Hamburg a fully let office building was acquired in a sale and leaseback transaction. The property benefits from its excellent location on the river Alster, which is one of the most renowned and sought-after areas in the City.
The building comprises a total lettable area of around 15,400 sqm and provides 53 underground car parking spaces.
The Warburg – Henderson Pan-Europa Fonds Nr. 2 was launched in December 2004 and has so far acquired office and industrial properties in Belgium, France, Italy and the UK. Further investments in Western Europe are currently being prepared.
Henderson Global Investors and HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung as Asset Managers to the Fund advised on the transactions.
The sole investor in this fund is the Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung located in Düsseldorf.
