Warburg - Henderson sells office building in City of London
Warburg - Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien mbH, Hamburg, has sold the office property 3 Bunhill Row in the City of London for a price in access of 80 million Pounds Sterling. The price achieved is above market value (Verkehrswert) and reflects a gross initial yield of 5.5%. The property was completed in 2003 and comprises around 9,200 square metres over nine floors. It is fully let with a remaining lease length of nearly 20 years.
