Investment strategy

With property investments it is particularly important to have a global perspective and at the same time not to lose sight of local developments. To ensure that this is the case we follow a stringent, disciplined investment process. We combine the country- and sector-specific analyses and forecasts from Henderson Research with the know-how of our local property experts.

One of the cornerstones of our investment process is the ability to forecast. Our internal research division issues quarterly forecasts on the development of over 800 European markets, down as far as city level. The results form the basis of all investment decisions and thus are incorporated into the management of all portfolios
