Warburg - Henderson

Warburg - Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft für Immobilien mbH is a joint venture of the independent German private bank M.M.Warburg & CO and the British investment management company Henderson Global Investors. Its fund products are aimed at German and international institutional property investors.

The asset management of the properties is conducted exclusively by the partners Henderson Global Investors for Europe (excluding Germany) and HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung for Germany. HIH is a member company of the M.M.Warburg Group.

Since its establishment in 2001, Warburg - Henderson has purchased over 130 properties in ten European countries. The property assets under management currently total approx. 4.3 billion euros.
